You agree not to post content that:

  • Contains spam, malware, or misleading information

By posting content, you grant BORMAF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BORMAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law
